How our model works

Learning Through Immersive Cohorts

We bring together diverse African women in structured, time-bound cohorts where they learn core AI skills through live sessions, peer exchange, and hands-on practice tailored to real-world challenges.

Mentorship-Led Growth

Each learner is paired with an experienced mentor in the AI field to provide guidance, career navigation, and support ensuring that learning is deeply personal and growth-oriented.
